EiPS have erected scaffolding at the site prior to refurbishment and repainting of external areas of the building

After the rendering of the brick work and painting the build has a modern and fresh look.

These apartments face the surf beach. The external fabric was suffering spalling rust and peeling. EiPS fixed the problem with a specialist membrane coating to protect the building from salt water damage. The work invloved sealing the masonry and then three coats of paint.

EiPS repainted the internal areas of a busy railway maintenance area without disruption to ongoing activities.
